We offer only exchange. There is no return or refund.
Place a complaint request of MISSING product/s within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Place other exchange queries within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate an exchange if you receive a damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered or if it does not fit your requirement.
For MISSING product/s complaints, share a detailed video while opening the package with tags intact and images of the product on the given number/mail id while placing a complaint request.
For defective/damaged products share a detailed video/images highlighting the issue.
Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging ( that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.
