How does Scoobies delivery process work? 

  • As we receive your order, we process your request and before delivery, the product goes through a quality check to ensure the perfect shopping experience. 
  • After packaging it properly, we hand over the package to our trusted delivery partner, and within 2-8 business days, it reaches your destination. 

 What are delivery charges? 

Scoobies do not extra charge on orders worth Rs 999 or above. For orders below Rs 999/- we charge Rs 50 as a shipping charge and Rs 50 if you opt for COD. 

Why does the delivery date not match Scoobies' standard delivery time (2-8 business days) in some cases?

To give you an absolute shopping experience, we along with our delivery partners do their best but in some cases, it gets delayed due to one of the following reasons; 

  • You placed your order between the day when our delivery partners are on holiday or not able to deliver due to uncertain restrictions like COVID. 
  • Most of the delivery and courier partners do not work on Sunday and we totally respect their privacy and a day off. 

In these cases, we add one buffer day to the estimated delivery date. 

What is the estimated delivery time? 

Scoobies' standard delivery time is 2-8 business days which excludes public holidays & Sundays’. But different orders have a different estimated delivery times and it depends on the following factors; 

  • Type and quantity of product
  • Stock availability
  • Shipping & delivery location 

Why Scoobies does not deliver in my area? 

We are determined to deliver your favourite Scoobies products to your doorstep but due to the following reasons, sometimes it isn't possible to deliver at your location. To know whether Scoobies is serviceable in your area or not, please enter your Pincode on the product page. If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on;

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

Why CoD Option Is Not Offered In My Location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing in your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

    What Do Different Tags Like "In Stock", "Out Of Stock" Mean?

    'In Stock'

    Items listed as "In Stock" are available for order. We will mention the delivery time based on your location Pincode (usually 2-8 days business days).

    'Out Of Stock'

    Currently, the item is not available for order. You may share your email address on the product page and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
