• Documentation for Missing Products: For missing items, please provide a detailed video of unpacking the package with tags intact, along with images of the products, when submitting your complaint request via the provided number or email.

• Eligibility Criteria: Items must have their original tags, labels, and intact packaging and must be in saleable condition to qualify for an exchange. Products that are used, altered, in blister packs, with tampered serial numbers, scratched, or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping of New Products: Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, your new product will be shipped within 7-14 working days.
