    Exchange and Return

    •  Place exchange  order request within 7 days of receiving a product.
    • Initiate exchange if you receive damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered, or product with missing part/s.
    • Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging ( that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.
    • Used, altered, blister packs, tampered serial numbers, or Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
