    Exchange Policy

    • We offer only exchange. There is no return or refund.
    • Place a complaint request of MISSING product/s within 24 hours of receiving the package. 
    • Place other exchange queries within 7 days of delivery. 
    • Initiate an exchange if you receive a damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered or if it does not fit your requirement. 
    • For MISSING product/s complaints, share a detailed video while opening the package with tags intact and images of the product on the given number/mail id while placing a complaint request. 
    • For defective/damaged products share a detailed video/images highlighting the issue. 
    • Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging ( that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange. 
    • Used, altered, blister packs, tampered serial numbers, punctured, products with scratches, or Items on sale are not eligible for exchange. 
    • The new Product shall be shipped within 7-14 working days,  once the purchased product reaches us and  the quality check is done.

Care Instructions

    Clean the lunch bag & pencil case with a damp cloth or wet wipe.Do not machine wash the lunch bag. Dry clean it. Wash the bottle with warm soapy water. Do not scrub the outer part. Uncap it to clean the inner part. Clean using a non-abrasive dish sponge.
