Exchange and Refund

  • No return and no refund. Only exchange!
  • Place exchange request within 7 days of receiving a product.
  • Initiate exchange if you receive damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered, or product with missing part/s.
  • Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging (that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.
  • Used, altered, blister packs, tampered serial numbers, or Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.

  • The new Product shall be shipped out after the quality check of the exchanged product (Once we receive the product dispatched by the customer in the online store) within 7-14 working days.
