Exchange and Return
- Place exchange order request within 7 days of receiving a product.
- Initiate exchange if you receive damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered, or product with missing part/s.
- Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging ( that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.
- Used, altered, blister packs, tampered serial numbers, or Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.

- The new Product shall be shipped out after the quality check of the exchanged product (Once we receive the product dispatched by the customer in the online store ) within 7-14 working days.
