- We offer only exchange. There is no return or refund.
- Place a complaint request of MISSING product/s within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Initiate an exchange if you receive a damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered or if it does not fit your requirement.

- For defective/damaged products share a detailed video/images highlighting the issue.
- Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging ( that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.

- The new Product shall be shipped within 7-14 working days, once the purchased product reaches us and the quality check is done.
