ScoobiesAI Replacement & Exchange Policy

ScoobiesAI is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through transparent, fair, and consumer-friendly service policies. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing replacements and exchanges for ScoobiesAI products purchased directly from our official website or authorized partners.

1. Replacement Policy

1.1 Eligibility

Replacements are available for manufacturing, material, or internal defects within 6 months from the date of purchase.

To qualify, customers must provide:

  • Valid Invoice
  • Valid Order ID
  • Product Serial Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Warranty registration completed at scoobies.ai/warranty within 15 days of purchase
    (Failing to register the warranty voids the replacement eligibility)
  • Inspection and processing verification by ScoobiesAI

Processing Time: 7–14 business days

1.2 Processing

Once approved, a replacement unit will be shipped within 7 business days.

1.3 Warranty

The replacement carries the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer.

1.4 Not Covered Under Replacement

Replacements will not be issued for:

  • External damage
  • Drop damage or water/liquid exposure
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or wear and tear
  • Missing invoice, missing Order ID, or missing serial number
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, rooting, jailbreaking, or software tampering

1.5 International Orders

  • Customs duties and import rules may vary by country.
  • Delivery timelines depend on logistics and regional clearance processes.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where:

  • Product received is damaged on arrival, or
  • Product received is a wrong variant

Requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and applicable price differences.

2.2 Order Verification

  • Online purchases: Valid Order ID required
  • Physical store purchases: Valid Invoice required

2.3 Process

  • Email support@scoobies.ai with a clear description of the issue.
  • After receiving the product, ScoobiesAI will take up to 14 business days for processing and assessment.
  • Customers will be informed of the status throughout the process.

2.4 Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.
  • No external or internal damage.
  • No drop damage, liquid exposure, burns, or physical tampering.
  • Any tampering will void the exchange request.

2.5 Unboxing Proof Requirement

For all online purchases, customers must record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.
This video should clearly show:

  • Sealed packaging
  • Full unboxing process
  • Product condition upon first opening

In case the received product is faulty, this video helps the ScoobiesAI team validate authenticity and process the request smoothly.

For physical store purchases, the product must be unboxed in-store for inspection.
If not unboxed in-store, ScoobiesAI holds no liability for damage claims raised later.

3. Before Sending the Product Back

Please ensure the following:

  • Reset the device (if applicable)
  • Include all accessories and original packaging
  • Pack securely to prevent transit damage
